If you would like to exchange any products you have bought please call or e-mail us so we can arrange the exchange. We do not offer replacements on non faulty personalised items.

How To Receive A Refund
To receive a refund you must e-mail or write to us within 30 days of receiving your items. Then you must fill out a returns request form and return it to us with your returned goods. We do not offer refunds on non faulty personalised items. (If you do not have an account with us please put the returns address on the parcel and include a cover note inside with your name, order number and reason for return.)
Filling Out A Return Request Form
1. Login to your account on hen party superstore
2. Click on to My Order History
3. Click view to see the item(s) that you want to return
4. Select the checkbox next to the item(s) you want to return
5. Click on return item(s)
6. Use the drop down menu to select the reason for return
7. Click On Return Item(s)
8. Print off the sheet to include in your parcel
9. Write the return address below on the package
10. Post back to us from your local post office

Returning item(s) to us will be your responsibility and at your cost, we advise that you send your item(s) back with appropriate insurance in case of loss or damage. If an item(s) is deemed as faulty we will refund any cost incurred in sending the item(s) back to us. If an item(s) has not been returned within 30 days we will assume you have decided to keep the item(s)
How Long Until I Receive My Refund?
When we process a refund we take into account the time that banks take to transfer money. We aim to have your refund processed back into your account within 3 working days from receiving your refund request. Sometimes this may take longer. If you have not received your refund within 21 days please contact us.
We hope you understand that while we process your refund almost immediately, it is not entirely in our control.
Conditions For Receiving A Refund Or Exchange
To receive a refund or exchange, your item(s) must not have been used. All party products must be returned unused. We expect you to take reasonable care of the product and packaging.
What If I Receive A Faulty Item?
We do our best to make sure we do not send out faulty item(s). If you receive a faulty item(s) from us, please let us know and we will offer you a refund or replacement. We will also refund any cost incurred by you in sending the faulty item(s) back to us.
