Are Your Products In Stock?
Yes. Unlike many other fancy dress websites we have a warehouse with all of the products that are available on our site in it ready for dispatch. Many of our competitors order goods from the supplier once you have placed your order, but this often leads to disappointment as the supplier is out of stock. Because our products are in stock we can offer next day delivery on orders placed before 4pm. If a product is out of stock you will not be able to purchase it, but you may sign up to our stock notification which will inform you when it is back in stock.
How Do I Place An Order?
You can place an order online by entering your details into our secure website or you can place an order over the phone at no extra cost. We also have a mobile friendly version of our site allowing you to place an order on any of your mobile devices that have an internet connection.
Do You Offer Exchanges If I Order The Wrong Size?
Yes. Rest assured that we want you to get the fancy dress that is right for you. If you order the wrong size and would like an exchange please e-mail us and send the product back. Once we have received the item back we will send out the new size. Because of broken promises in the past we have to wait to receive your item back before we send out the new one, if you are in a rush for your fancy dress it would be better if placed a new order and sent your original order back for a refund. You can do this by following our easy return policy.

Our warehouse staff are in the warehouse pick, packing and dispatching orders from 8:30am till 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays
